How do I track my order?
 

You will receive an email from service@paypal.com when your order is shipped, along with the tracking number.  

 

 

 

What are our shipping options?    
We ship using USPS or UPS, which can be selected at checkout.  Along with the possibility of picking up at Cravingz Coffee Shop in Stockbridge, Michigan.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Masks are not returnable or exchangeable.   

How long does orders usually take?
Stock Items usually ship out in 2-5 days. Custom Orders usually take 2-4 weeks to ship.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We do not ship international at the moment.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Masks are not returnable. All sales final.
